Life insurance in particular is a passion in our office because it is the best way we can help our clients experiencing their worst moments. While helpful, you do not need to have an insurance background or experience to apply.   • Develop and maintain strong understanding of insurance policies, and coverage options.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members, including underwriters and claims specialists, to provide comprehensive customer service and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.
  • Uncover client's needs and meet them.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and policy details through agency systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience working in insurance, a related field, or sales role.
  • Active insurance license preferred but not mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensación $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
