"I’ve been with Jean Wall State Farm insurance for over 26 years. That in itself says how great Jean and her team are. I recently had to file a claim as a deer ran into my vehicle and ended up totaling it. The situation got complicated with the repair shop and the claims adjuster. Jean Wall and her team stepped up to the plate for me and resolved the issues that were causing the claim not to close. This is the kind of service they provide every day to their clients. Thank you Jean Wall State Farm. Hopefully I’ll have you for another 25 years!"

"Jean Wall and her team are absolutely wonderful! They provided multiple options and coverages and ultimately I received far better coverage for less than I was paying before. They are very personable and quick to respond to any questions you may have. They were also able to provide my Dad with a homeowners policy with a great premium on his unique home in the mountains that other carriers were either denying coverage altogether or only offering policies with outrageous premiums. I would encourage everyone to compare their current policies with what Jean Wall and her team can provide.. you will only wish you did it sooner!"

"I recently changed insurers for my home and auto policies and by chance was assigned to work with Alexa. I feel very fortunate! "One thing I like best about Jean’s operation is the customer service. No matter who answers the phone, they are pleasant, helpful, and get things done—right away. "I have been a customer of Jean Wall State Farm for 3-4 years. I have car and renter's insurance and have found Jean and her team very helpful. I recently purchased life insurance through Brad Rhame, and I couldn't be more pleased. The policy is twice the limit of my previous policy, 8 years later. The premium is only slightly higher. The process was smooth, and Brad was friendly and communicative. I particularly like that Jean and her team are active in the community. I highly recommend them!"
