"I have homeowners' insurance through Ms. Wall's agency. I had water damage to my condo. This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim. I was often confused, and there was a lot that I just did not know. Alexa Gilleland at the agency stayed with me through that confusion. There was a delay with a reimbursement check from the national office for work done by my contractor. Ms. Gilleland dealt with my bank and the national office, and I received the reimbursement.
