"I'm so grateful that my neighbor introduced me to Kate Dodt after I had spent numerous hours with agents at other insurance carriers trying to obtain insurance quotes. I almost gave up! "Being in business, I have used several insurance companies/agents. But Jean Walls office has by far been the most professional and helpful. "I usually have to call twice (a day apart) to get a return call from an agent, which wouldn't be a big deal but often the person who calls me back can't answer my questions about billing, etc. And I've been trying to get my premiums lowered for nearly a year and they just went up another 25% - which they say is a "state-wide increase" - but I just switched to another provider and saved 40% with the same coverage. Also, their "drive safe and save" car monitor is a bit of a scam, other providers offer the same (or better) discount without big brother watching."

My insurance also rose 29% as I see day to day the rising cost of fixing cars and medical bills due to bad accidents. State Farm dropped rates dramatically during Covid where we experienced these same percentage decreases. Normally any customer leaving due to price will let us review what the new company has set up. Often they leave off a coverage, or raise deductibles, or cut in half and the average consumer does not realize this. I see that my staff spoke with you and looked at many options to lower cost. We are happy to spend time looking at what is important to you. My team and I don't determine rates but we do provide outstanding service.
