This position is focused on generating new business, strengthening client relationships, and meeting agency production goals.
You will proactively reach out to prospects, follow up on leads, and conduct coverage reviews to uncover opportunities. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and the ability to confidently guide customers through coverage options while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong understanding of insurance policies, and coverage options.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members, including underwriters and claims specialists, to provide comprehensive customer service and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and policy details through agency systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Experience working in insurance, sales, or related fields preferred.
- Active insurance license preferred but not mandatory. (We can help with this!)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
